While the big businesses spend all their resources trying to create markets and products that customers don't want -- all the while trying to convince the customer that they do -- we're working to bring technologies to market that customers will beat a path to our door for.

One elated customer of ours is worth more than ten customers of a big business.  Each type of customer talks to their friends.  Ours often sound a bit giddy while theirs suffer from buyer's remorse.
